At the core of APG Elite is the provision of World Class Mentoring for Leaders and people of Influence, in 7 distinct Industries. Supplementary to the super importance of Mentoring for individuals, is the provision of Management & Consulting services for People & Organisations. Specifically, this includes; Management Services for Athletes, Artists, Entertainers, Media Personalities AND Consulting Services for Businesses, Schools, Not-For-Profits & Government.

We also provide Board Advisory and Training services!

Each organisation has unique needs regarding Board membership and Advisory services. Accordingly, remuneration demands unique negotiation and agreement. Remuneration may take the form of; Payment retainer, Stock options, Convertible notes or other

We do give consideration to this arrangement on a ‘case-by-case’ basis. Our genuine conviction is that Career Success & Organisational Prosperity, are a direct result of what is or isn’t built internally in a Leader or Influencer. Our belief in sustained individual or organisation fruitfulness, is diminished in the absence of building the ‘Inner Life’ first. It all starts on the inside! This is why the Mentoring is such a crucial component.

We urge Clients to consider partnering our Mentoring service with Management or Consulting to maximise their opportunity for growth

We will dedicate a full day to your organisation for this service to help you choose the best candidate for the position you are seeking to fill. Included;

• 1 hour meeting with your HR representative to fully understand the requirements of the position

• 1 full day dedicated to participating in candidate interviews (Up to Max. of 5 interviews) based on your final short list of potential employees

• End of day debrief to discuss initial observations

• A follow up written summary will be provided (within 48 hours) including recommendation on most suitable candidate

Pricing;

• $990 Flat Fee (This includes: Pre-interview briefing, Up to 5 interviews, Post-interview debrief, Written summary with hiring recommendations)

• 5% Placement Fee (5% of position annual salary will be payable in 2 instalments should the recommended candidate be hired. Half payable at commencement. Half payable at completion of probation period if employee is to be retained)

*** Unlike other recruitment services, we do not charge any ongoing/trailing fees beyond the first year of employment for the selected/placed employee

These outcomes will be secured via a dedicated focus on; Customised Mentoring, Reliable Family Guidance, Training in Mental and Emotional Health & Sustainability, Trustworthy Financial Planning, Empowerment in Transferrable Vocational Skills, Consistent Personal Support & Self-Awareness Empowerment. As a Management Client, Individuals will receive a thorough and relentless commitment to ensuring every detail of Contractual Matters are aligned with the best possible interest of the Client. This applies to Athletes, Artists, Entertainers & Media Personalities. As a Consulting Client, your Organisation will benefit greatly from perpetual standby support in the following areas; Human Resource Management, Board & Governance advice, Budgetary Considerations, Compliance & WHS, Conflict Resolution Protocols, Policy Development Initiatives, Customer Oriented Training & Practices, Marketing Feedback, Communication Strategies and all areas pertaining to healthy, sustainable growth

Yes. If you need Consulting support for a very specific, or shorter term project, we can provide a customised scope of works and cost schedule to suit

Our Founder, Andrew Gray is directly involved in the provision of all Mentoring services. All Associate Mentors are internally trained, and selected from experienced backgrounds and proficiencies

Specialist training in the form of niche modules can be provided in multiple formats, based upon the unique demands of each Organisation. See our “About” page for more information. The provision of specialist training services are not included in the standard Mentoring/Management/Consulting Fee Schedule.

Price per Training Module is $750 per module (Team Trainer), or $1250 per module (Andrew Gray as Trainer)

Presentations to Boards outlining the benefits of services provided, can easily be arranged in-person, or via Zoom link, if face to face is not feasible

The short answer is yes. However, as participation in the Mentoring program is based on invite only, an approval process for prospective new clients will be facilitated to ensure alignment, and best chance of an effective working relationship. All referrals/recommendations for potential new clients should be channelled directly through APG Elite office

Yes. We will accept Bitcoin as payment for services. Rates will be applied in accordance with Bitcoin market price, on commencement of agreement

1. Initial discussions and correspondence to establish suitability of services provided (Website, Email, Phone, In-Person)

2. Client decides to become a Client recipient of one or more services

3. Client Agreement sent to Client for review & signing

4. Signed agreement received by APG Elite team

5. First invoice sent and payment received

6. Informal coffee meetup arranged to begin getting to know each other (if Client is not yet known to APG Elite)

9. First In-Person Mentoring/Consulting Session is scheduled
